Reduce floor model chair that had a stain on the back...... it was reduced 10% but it had been on floor for quite a while. That was not saleslady’s fault. It was because of management. Sales lady was very helpful.

We have shopped for major furniture purchases more than once at Crowley's. In fact, the last 2 times we enjoyed working with the same gentleman, Steve Lund. In our experience Crowley's hits all the right buttons. Personal customer service, knowledgeable associates, good selection at different price points. In our experience there is no room for improvement, keep up your standards of being a great full service furniture store.

I was very happy with my experience today. I'm looking forward to receiving my furniture!
