The people working for Mr. Crowley are great with helping the customer and making you feel very special. Each time we have been there Mr. Crowley was there and we really enjoyed talking to him, and he always remembers that we have just moved here from Michigan. We bought a mattress set from him the other day and we have a dining set ordered. It is a wonderful store.

We met with Debbie Guhl twice -- once to look around and then came back to make the purchase. She was great but not pushy and did make some suggestions. Crowley is a store much like furniture stores of days gone by -- Crowley is a rare breed. The delivery came a couple of days after St. Joseph, MO had 9" of snow and the two young men who delivered were on time and kept us informed of their arrival time. Sandy gave us all the information we requested of several mattresses and gave us all the time we needed to lay on at least 10 of them and did not pressure us at any time, we are anxiously awaiting the arrival on the one we picked out.
