I hit the wrong button and all that I had written disappeared. Sorry. We were completely satisfied with the experience of buying a lift-chair, and quick delivery date. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful.
Lots of great furniture in the store and Marcia was such a fantastic sales person to work with. She never once tried to push any fast sales like most of them do. She took her time and worked hard to help us. One thing I do not like is a pushy sales person. I didn't realize it was past her closing hours but she still was working with us. Most would try to push you so they could go home. I will be back soon. Thanks so much for all your help Marcia
The service that I received when my daughter & I walked into your store on May 27th was wonderful. Lisa Elliott was a great person to show me what I was interested in like mattresses
The overall experience was wonderful. The staff was helpful, but the whole process was no pressure. We were able to walk around leisurely and assistance was available when we needed it, but we weren't being hounded or pushed. We loved buying locally and enjoyed the overall furniture buying experience.
It was great. The sale woman Sandy was very helpful and pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. We will be back and also let our friends and family know. Thank you
Sandy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up buying 2 rooms of furniture, mostly due to her great service. The store had an excellent selection at a number of price points. I have looked at a number of furniture stores recently but this is the one I'll come back to.
