We were very pleased. The sales associate, Mary was so helpful. She understood our needs and helped us select a fabric, couch, and pillows quickly. Excellent customer service.

We were very pleased with our experience. However, we do want to make sure that if there is a commission on our sale that the two salesmen we worked with split it. We didn't realize the first gentleman we worked with (who gave us the cost of the 4 beds we were interested in and spent quite a bit of time with us) was working the day we actually bought from another salesman. This was our second purchase at Crowley’s and we went back due to The great customer service from Marla. She was helpful about options and color for new kitchen table, chairs and barstools. We ended purchasing the same furniture maker that we did previously. The table/ chairs purchased previously were ready in 4 weeks as promised which is reasonable.
Thanks so much for a very easy, very enjoyable experience. It was so easy, no pressure and we received a lot of good help and advice.
Crowley furniture had a great selection of chairs to choose from. Nice quality, found exactly what we were looking for. Shawn was very helpful. Not our first time to shop there and won’t be the last. Thanks, Crowley. I like shopping local.
