We were greeted when comin to the store and asked how they could help. I recognized a sales associate who I had worked with before, Brian. He determined what we wanted and showed us the area I needed to shop in and left us to do that briefly and returned to see if we had any questions. Found the furniture I wanted, it was in stock and delivered four days later. The staff at the OP Store and the gentlemen that delivered were great! The guys that delivered get an extra shout out for working in the rain, but took great care to keep the furniture covered and protected.
Sue was awesome, we were sorry to hear she left. Delivery crew went above and beyond to help us with the setup of our room.
I recently decided I wanted to get new living room furniture more appropriate for my apartment to replace what I currently have, which was purchased when I had a house and more space.
