They came on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They have done our floors for years and have always done a good job.
This is the second time we used Crown Floors and they were just as good as the first time. They installers showed up at the exact time they stated and did a very thorough job. This was tricky as the carpet has a pattern and it was for a stair runner and second floor landing that had to be seamed at five doorways. They spent three hours getting the job done professionally. We will most definitely use them again and I have already shared on my social media.
We absolutely love our new floors! Crown Floors transformed our lower level into a beautiful new space! Thank you so much to Willy and his team for an outstanding job!
Crown Floors refinished our existing wood flooring and replaced carpeted areas to wood flooring. We couldn't be happier. The installation team (lead by Jose) was professional, courteous, detailed and efficient. I was impressed. Willy from Crown Floors came visit each day to see progress and answer any questions we might have. I recommend Crown Floors has my vote for Best in Flooring.

Crown Floors was excellent to work with! Beverly helped me decide on my carpet style and when I couldn't decide on a color, she ordered three colors samples and had them shipped to my house! Very helpful in my decision making. They are very good at communication too. I just had my carpet installed in three rooms today and I will be using them again for my upstairs. Highly recommend.
Crown Floors was excellent to work with on our carpeting project. Sales person was very knowledgeable about all the different options. Installation team did a excellent job. Plan to go back for future carpet needs.
Great folks to work with. Beverly was so helpful and found me the flooring product I needed. Willie can over the same day and measured. I’ll be using them again on the next job. Much better service then the big box stores
