I take my Nissan Murano here for service almost always. This most recent visit might be my last. I was overcharged for my oil change and rotation and didn't notice till I had left. When I returned and asked about it, they finally agreed to refund me part of the overcharge, but not all of it. The office lady is pretty rude. Overall I have noticed a decline in customer service since they have had a change in staffing.

I read my Nissan book received at purchase that at 85,000 miles I needed a tire rotation and scheduled that to be done when I called for the appointment. When my service appt.was finished, and I went to pay, I asked why that had not been done. The woman at the desk countered my request that thru did not need to be done. Previously I have always had a kind, caring, informed person who would known what needed to and would have truly checked the history as well without any argument. They didnt do what I asked and communication. Was poor. Mainly focused on upselling things like coolant flush and alignments which are incredibly over priced.
3rd time vehicle brought in for tire pressure monitor issue and not repaired. Had to call to see if vehicle was ready after no one bothered to call making it two days without the car.
