The service you get at Crown Toyota is top notch. From scheduling repair times on the computer to picking it up. I had three service members I would like to say thanks too, Wade was the first person when I walked in the building, Josh was my service advisor, and Cassidy was the in the office where you pay. they did several things to my truck changed out the brank fluid changed out the transmission fluid changed out the power sterring fluid and I got an oil change took abut 3 hours to get done

Larry, one of the service writers, did a great explaining to me the mechanical issues with my vehicle and followed through with completing the repairs even though they required an extra day in the shop.
I like the fact that no matter when I requested my vehicle to be checked out, I was never told no I was never told I would have to make an appointment. I appreciate Crown Toyota service department. The staff is always friendly and smiling and seem to enjoy their job.
