I have made 2 visits for the exact same thing, but it I have made 2 visits for the exact same thing, but it still has not been fixed. I now have to bring my car back for a 3rd time and pay for a 3rd fee to have my car checked out. It is not easy for me to have to keep bringing my car in, arranging for rides, and scheduling around my work schedule. I asked the service department to look at my previous work ticket, and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about.

I was given a vehicle report that told me that the car needed an engine flush , not an oil change but an engine flush.....
