our agent messed up and cost us 2300 plus 363 bc royal lied. they wont do anything to fix her mess up except 75% off another cruise. in the meantime, royal lied and told my bank i used an excursion that they said theyd refund. cost me 203 in over drafts. kay walker and bonnie green have not helped at all.
Our last cruise to Hawaii was great but the cruise we just did to Europe was a mess. Your agent Lissette dropped the ball with arranging for a walker for our brother. NCL told us when we arrived there was no walker. Next screw up was She told us we would have transfers from airport to pier, pier to hotel, and hotel back to airport, via email and phone..When we checked in we found out we had no transport back to the airport., than sends us an email saying we don’t set up transport from the hotel to the airport.
