I've been here several times and enjoyed them. Last time, they were Raw. Spoke to Colby, who said send pictures, so i did, and he said they decided based on the photos. The cookie wasn't raw..... Uses to really like this place. First time for bad service
Love these cookies! Love all flavors so far that have come out. Really love the pink frosting sugar cookie and wish they would bring it back. The staff is always so nice and the inside is always clean and smells so good. Cookies are always fresh and delicious.

Although the cookies were decent, I want to provide some constructive criticism to the staff. The cashier turned the tablet to the person in front of me so that he could select a tip amount. When it was my turn, he failed to tell me the total and failed to turn the tablet to allow me to select a tip amount. When he turned the tablet at my request, he had already selected "no tip."
