This Crumbl is near my place of work, and we use them often for delivery. They have great customer service. Once we ordered delivery and it was never received. We called the location, and the manager immediately replaced our order and did STAT delivery. They have also dropped off free cookies to my workplace several times! Once or twice, there were cookies that weren't completely baked, but it wasn't anything a phone call didn't fix.
I entered the Crumbl location F-12 in Cypress,TX on 8/14/23. I wasn’t sure how to order from inside as I always order curbside when ordering a Crumbl. Today for some reason, I decided to stop and go inside. I didn’t hear Roxy (found out that was her name later) say, “Hello welcome to Crumbl”, as she was training an employee. Great cookies. Pink icing sugar cookie was amazing. Chocolate chips were bomb. Double choc oreo was delish too. Would return for more flavors. The ordering system is good. You can walk in and order on a tablet rather than feeling rushed and having someone wait on you while you look at the options.

While I was waiting for my order another customer came back in upset about her cookie being raw, I didn't think much of it and waited on my order. When they handed me my chocolate chip cookies they were covered in visible salt, I questioned it and he said it was part of the monthly special. I feel like this should be stated beforehand and the sample cookie on the counter should have it on there as well to represent what the cookie really is like.
