Delicious products at a slightly inflated price. I would watch what cookies are available and stop by for a special treat. Service here is extremely quick.
Crumbl Cookies offers a constantly changing menu of delicious, unique cookies. The ability to enjoy them hot or chilled adds a delightful twist, and their warm cookies come with a comforting, homemade touch. The curbside pickup option, however, needs improvement. An otherwise great experience was marred by a seemingly reluctant cashier delivering our order. A 4-star rating seems apt. The cookies themselves are fantastic, but better customer service would undoubtedly elevate the experience to a full 5 stars.
Love crumbl cookies - they are a great shareable dessert! However I often order them for delivery for friends & on multiple occasions they have not included the delivery mrssage on the box so they were delivered anonymously..
We doubted the reviews we saw online but boy were we wrong to. The cookies all tasted so good - no factory taste here. If you're on a budget, come here for an experience. We got a 6 pack so we could try one of each flavor available at the time. We cut up the cookies so everyone could try all the flavors. Pictured is what was left when 10 of us tried them.
I ordered cookies for pick up today-Valentines Day!! I arrived at 10:30am to pick up my cookies and there were already 17 people in the store! The greeter was friendly and said there would be a short wait for orders! No problem! Then I realize that there was only one employee baking the cookies and only one employee preparing the orders!
