I've been coming to this location in multiple other locations. For a long time period I have never had more unprofessional service anywhere than at this location. The last couple weeks, the cookies have either been hard or not at all like the picture and have looked horrible. It makes me wonder if they have Joe Biden making the cookies. Do NOT order delivery! Hailey at the store was amazing at helping me get a refund. I would have much rather my friend received the cookies. They use Door Dash and have no way to communicate with the driver to see what’s going on. I love their cookies but will never count on delivery ever again.

They do have good cookies. But most recently they are struggling with the ability to make enough cookies to keep up with the demands. Which leaves their customers walking away because if they are going to spend their money on cookies they want to the cookies they are coming in for. I would suggest during their busy times and on weekends that they up their production of their cookies. It’s better to have more of their cookies than run out before they close and leave customers disappointed and unsatisfied.

Oh my goodness.... phenomenal 😍 I love the weekly flavor changes, this week I chose strawberry cupcake out of the line up. I love how the cookies are ever so slightly under baked. Soft, gooey, delicious. The frosting was rich in flavor and color. I loved the actual strawberry bits! The sprinkles were good for visual and texture appeal. This is the place to go for soft and sweet cookies. We got a variety pack, and each cookie had a unique flavor. They are all large and doughy. I definitely reached my sugar quota for the rest of the year.
