Short Version: They rely too much on toppings and don't flavor the dough to make a bland cookie experience. Go to Insomnia Cookies. I keep hearing GREAT THINGS about this place. Been twice now and tried 8 cookies. It's not worth it. I care very little about things but my sweets are one and these aren't worth it. Sat in my house yelling g at my brother and dogs about how mid these are.
Had a great experience at Crumbl. Very clean, friendly staff, and fast service! Not to mention the cookies are fantastic! Will be back
Check the reviews - when were they created, by whom - when you work there they push the employees to create reviews. Nothing like creating the narrative... Cookies are "fine" but I wouldn’t recommend working there. Our daughter was one of the first people hired for Mason by the actual franchise owner before they opened. My wife had heard about this place through social media and planned to take me there as a birthday surprise. Having heard that there can be a line and not knowing what to expect, we placed a mobile order ahead of time. We were there on a Saturday around 11:45 and it was not busy at all. The guys were exceptional they gave us protein cookie After the gym and specified, that we look like a bunch of studs. We appreciate these two workers hospitality, they are great guys, and they deserve a raise!!
