The cookies were moist and delicious, although almost too sweet for me. The packaging is very cute, but the service needs some help. I ordered via their app and arrived about 20 mins later than the time that the app gave for the order being ready. After entering the store, I stood for a while without a greeting. Had to make sure I left a positive review for you guys. This is the only location and I've been to many crumble cookie locations…This particular one in Town Lake Center never and I mean never had gotten my order wrong and the presentation of my cookies always looks beautiful. Today I made sure to come here because this week my all-time favorite cookie is available. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and I didn't want to be disappointed and surely wasn't the cookie was so good!

We always stop by here for cookies but Yesterday I asked for paper napkins so my little one can eat the cookies with something on it, the lady told us they don’t have any and walked away. They were all looking at us like we are weird for asking some napkins. Your staff needs more practice on customer service not even say hello or hi when we entered. They were so many of them making dough at the same table. We are not coming anymore after this experience.

These cookies were so delicious. The French toast one was divine. The oatmeal cookie one tasted like a cinnamon roll. The brownie batter one was chocolately and yummy. The chocolate chip one was okay. I wouldn't get that one again. We went back again and had the banana cream pie cookie. It was so good and tasted just like a banana cream pie. We also got the sugar cookie. They said it didn't have almond in it but it did. Thankfully it was only in the frosting. The sugar cookie was yum!
