Have been bringing my dogs to Crysler Animal Hospital for 25 years and never had any issues. Tried to make an appointment for grooming and was told that they were booked through the end of the year. One of our current dogs has to be sedated for grooming and was told that they do not do that any more. It would be nice for them to let customers know changes to the way that procedures are preformed as I was in with our other dog last month and brought up getting the difficult dog in for grooming and mentioned that he needed to ... read more

We took my daughters dog Lilly to Crysler Animal Hospital as she was very ill. WHAT A KIND AND CARING FACILITY WITH THE BEST STAFF I HAVE EVER MET. Lilly passed away and they took care of doing her cremation. I can't say enough about what a wonderful job they did. They even made imprints of her little paws which brought me to tears. Everyone here is very friendly and they take good care of all their 4 legged patrons. I think some of their pricing on things is a bit high, but I am not basing this review on that. It is about their service, and on that they are great.

We had a small emergency with our cat and we called them and came in. The staff was very quick and courteous. They were empathetic towards our emotions. I am very pleased with the service my mother and I received for our cat. On top of the customer service we received, they were also very courteous and gentle with our cat. We appreciate this place for putting our minds at our ease and making sure our cat is ok. The price we were charged was also reasonable for those on a budget. I have been taking my dogs and cats to Dr. Schweizer with this group for 15 years. The techs are always friendly and treat my pets with love. The prices are fair, and Dr. Schweizer has always given my pets extraordinary care. I have had to have everything from yeast infections treated to major surgeries, and he has been wonderful. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

The women that work here are so nice! It's a well kept facility. I have taken my cat and dog. They are organized and kind. I do find that $250 for a canine dental service is an abnormally high price point. So I would check other facilities for this service.

My chameleon sees Dr. Jay Schweizer, one of the exotic vets at the clinic, since 2013. Dr. Schweizer isn't there every day, I believe he is typically on site Mondays, Wednesdays, and maybe Fridays. We've been in for a temporal gland (mouth) infection and a URI, plus numerous fecal parasite counts. I've been very happy with their services. We had to put our baby girl down and they were so nice and caring. They made sure she was comfortable and made sure she was pain free. They were so compassionate with us. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
