They take days to repair anything. They never give you a time line. And they will say something is completed. But they never came to my apt. Then when you complain they will say why didn't you follow back up like it's my fault they didn't repair anything and marked it completed.

I wasn't really satisfied at all because my refrigerator was not replaced they put a temporary fix on my refrigerator which they should have really replaced it not to mention I have other concerns with my washing machine not being repaired or replaced which it needs to be replaced and my carpet needs to be replaced because it is heavily stained and I am seriously allergic to all of that stuff I did address my concerns with management and yes he told me that there was down the road be some type of resolution but some of these... read more

Just in the last month: 1. Maintenance came in to fix something and broke a few of my blinds, haven't seen them again since, no replacements. They broke a broom in my house doing only God knows what and didn't bother to say anything. 2. Been here a full year complaining about my AC/Heat, they just figured out last week that the entire unit was installed wrong. 3. To add to a already serious roach problem I saw a mouse recently. Terrible service and high rent. People in leasing office are nice till you need something. Had no heat for 2 weeks then no hot water. Tried to get something for inconvenience and just got the runaround. I’d keep looking if you’re looking for a property to rent ! Beware!!
