The recliner I ordered was not the right color or the right recliner. Not sure what happened but I'm not happy right now. So they apologized for the wrong recliner, now I have to wait for the right one. Extremely happy that they went out of their way to make this right. Will definitely buy from them again.
I highly recommend Crystal Lake Furniture & Mattress. I went to more than 6 other furniture stores before coming here. I showed each of them a pinterest photo of a couch and told them I wanted something similar and within my budget.
