For Valentines Day I ordered a keychain with a pic of our puppy Patty Jean. She is cute and is wearing a Heart Shaped name tag so it made a very special gift for my Love Mary . Unfortunately when it arrived it was of a man that we didn't know . I was very upset and quickly contacted this company . I was exceptionally pleased with the service, the response time with communication through email, the response time with the order, and the service I got over the phone. Very pleased with the product and my granddaughter was thrilled.
I ordered the 5x7 lighted panel. I am very impressed with the detail and quality of the Crystal display. This was a gift to my wife for our 15 year anniversary. When she opened the box and set it up, she was just speechless. She just kept looking at it and kept looking at it and would not stop staring at it. Wife is happy so husband is very happy.

When I first called Crystal Prints about how to go about ordering my project, Carol was very helpful and listened to my needs and when all was said and done, the order was perfect, which included the Church in the back with a superimposed marquee put in front. When the crystal was done, the outcome was even better than the photo's.
