My friend Jeff has been there for almost 1 year and the care he gets is FANTASTIC. It couldn't be better. In addition to the care, they have a wide variety of daily activities that residents can participate in and he does. This place is GREAT!!!
they're clean and nice and great. They go above and beyond ALWAYS. My gf's mom Linda is the nursing director and she is awesome! She cares with such elegance and care, and truly build a relationship with every person! Love them so much!
I've lived in grass valley most of my life and this care center is known to actually genuinely care about their residents. I would trust my relatives here and I hope you would too. The nursing director, Linda, does everything in her power for the staff and residents she works with.
This facility goes above and beyond for its residents. The nurse director, Linda, makes sure that all residents are cared for and content. This care center does everything in its power to make sure it's residents feel comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend.
I would like to say thank you, to all the staff at crystal ridge. Today is another example of outstanding customer service. With mothers day tomorrow. The director Mike made it happen. Planting flowers and doing landscaping. So when families arrive tomorrow. There will b a beautiful place to sit with your family.

One of the male workers there is aggressive towards people when away from the jobsite. Wouldn't want him to take care of my family when they get older, and let alone this dude's wife is the owner. It makes me nervous how aggressive this man seemed to be away from the care center. Should not be taking care of eldery people.

After a hospitalization, my father was sent here for skilled nursing/ rehab. Every time I spoke to staff to check-in about my father, they complained about his "bad attitude" and went out of their way to tell me how rude he was. My father is mentally and physically handicapped from a massive stroke and was naturally miserable being in a care home. Am absolute horror show. They provide virtually zero supervision to the residents and fail to provide adequate medical care. The director was cited in 2017 for failing to report elder abuse.
