I just called them 1.5 hours before they close to tell them my dog has mastitis and she is their patient but they will not see her and said I should call another vets office down the road. mastitis can kill the puppies and the mother but at the least it is very painful for the mother and she has to have antibiotics

ive taken 3 cats to get fixed here, and never had a problem. I decided to start taking my animals here for actual vet visits, but that was not my smartest move. My first vet visit, they couldnt even give me a medical term for what was wrong with my cat... i was just told "i have never seen this ,before, give him this antibiotic and hopefully it helps"... very reassuring. I was refused service today since I told the vet she was wrong about rabies vaccines. FL Statutes requires dogs over the age of 4 months to be vaccinated and not 12 weeks
