One star only because it started out only ok. Soon after starting, I was in her office seems like several times a month. I'm not even sure i needed all she suggested. I didn't start having issues until seekng her. she said I needed a root canal. I let her do it of course. She then said I need a crown. Over the course of of 3 or 4 whole years, she could not get the crown to stay on! It was never sealed right so I kept getting Infections. Started out ok. Soon after starting, she said I needed a root canal. I let her do it of course. She then said I need a crown. Over the course of of 3 or 4 whole years, she could not get the crown to stay on! It was never sealed right so I kept getting Infections. Wow! Crystal Smiles billed our insurance company for several xrays because the girl taking them couldn't get it right Crystal had to come in and do it herself but they still billed for the bad attempts. My wife called them and questioned it and they said they would get back to her. She also called the insurance company to ask what to do. The insurance company called Crystal Smiles and questioned them while my wife was on hold...Crystal Smiles IMMEDIATELY called back while she was still on the phone with the insurance company... read more
