5 Star : My Experience I was disappointed that they didn’t start working on my car for 3 days waiting for the part to come in. The week before they knew what they needed but only ordered the part once the car arrived. I told them I was paying for a rental out of my own pocket so it cost me $78 for those extra 3 days, a lot of money to me (working 2 jobs to keep afloat). Also didn’t think it would take 10 days to repair. That was not transparent up front. The work to repair my trunk and bumper was beautiful and well done.
