5 Star : My Experience Frey, Franshua and other personnel were very friendly and professional. They ran into a fitting issue due to a defect in the lift gate for our 2023 Tesla model Y, but promptly notified me and then gave me options to resolve it. They successfully decided on an option that corrected the fitting issue and also significantly reduced the comption date. My wife was quite happy when she got her Tesla back. Many thanks to CSI.
