5 Star : My Experience My contact person for my Cadillac repairs was William. I was informed on daily basis on the progress of my car repairs. He was available on the phone as well, and when he was busy, he would return my phone. Chuck at the front desk is always very courteous and helpful.

It was very difficult to get her on the phone. We spoke over phone only when the advisor wanted to.
