In today's world customer service after sales is hard to get. Often, we get offered products and once the sales are done well you are left to yourself to manage through different types of platforms to get your payout or look for information. This is not the experience I have with the CST. The after-sale service I receive from my sale rep , Roz Genis is remarkable. Nearly 5 years in. Rep is present, knowledgeable, and always helpful. My money was protected during 2022 crash, and they keep costs lower than the banks. I have nothing but great stuff to say.

We have been investing in RESPs for many years and are so glad we did. Our experience with CST was great. It was very easy to navigate the whole process and when we needed help with anything everyone was very accessible and friendly. The only regret is that we couldn’t put more into it.
