We talked to the salesman Jodi and let him know that we wanted good quality carpet that did not show vacuum cleaner marks. He showed us one that he said did not show marks. The carpet that was installed shows every footprint and vacuum mark. We called and talked to Chuck and he said the carpet that was installed is what we ordered. He said there is no such thing as a carpet that doesn't show marks. Guess he forgot to tell Jodi. This is the worst carpet that I have ever seen!
