A couple of years ago this was a responsive and excellent law firm for veteran's issues. I'm not sure why they've changed so drastically, but they most certainly have. It isn't the covid issue - it seems more like a "you're not important" or "we're too busy now to even call you back" sort of issue. Numerous emails, phone calls etc. and they don't respond. I live in Hastings Nebraska , I hired Cuddigan Law to represent me in my disability case. I drove to Omaha, and I was given a lawyer that was not the Cuddigans, although he seemed nice enough. He typed a 10-minute letter on the computer and we signed the contract for payment and that was the last time I ever spoke with him.
