It started with scheduling. I called for an appointment and I was immediately directed to Mazda service. The young I spoke with advised of the earliest available appointment which was perfect for me. My entire call took less than 10 minutes. When I arrived my service adviser met me at my car and explained what services were going to be performed. Jaun was great. Fast. No BS. Got in and out. One issue unrelated to Jaun - Had to wait almost 1 hr to speak w/ sales rep. Was never told nor updated on length of wait. Just told: someone will be right with you.
Fantastic experience from sales to finance to delivery. Great facilites too. The staff is not pushy and has your best interest in mind! In our case, Michael was amazing!
