Rich Tran was my service department advisor and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was patient and helpful. He treated me with respect and thoughtfulness. The women working the front desk -- in charge of calling the Lyft rides -- were SO very pleasant and worked quickly and efficiently. There's a reason I continue to come back to this location.
