Hands down the best purchasing experience I have ever had. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. I worked with Tony, who was the absolute best! I would suggest anyone planning on purchasing or leasing a vehicle other than a Volvo or Mazda to change the make of car just to go to this dealership.

Having had a fair number of both positive and negative expereinces purchasing and/or leasing new vehicles, I have to say working with Tony was the easiest, most up-front process I have had the chance to participate in. Tony is professional, direct, and did exactly what he said he would from beginning to end. If you ever have need to work with a car dealership (or are looking for a Volvo in particular), this is the fist last and only person to work with. My most sincere thanks Tony!

I am usually not a fan of the dealership experience, and as a result have used a broker for my last 6 vehicles. I just bought my second car from Culver City Volvo and I can't say enough nice things about how it went. I worked with Charlie ahead of time to get exactly what I wanted, and he surprised me and worked it out so I would get a longer range battery on my plug in hybrid that I didn't even know would be available! Michael did a good job walking me through the process of buying the car. He was patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I especially appreciated that there was no high pressure scenario that was created out of nowhere. It felt civil, professional and ultimately helpful.
