The Receptionist always greets and checks me in quickly. Wait time is very minimal. Dr. Campbell is thorough in examination, asking questions, answering question, and actively seeks to best handle issues to achieve desired results.
Dr. Campbell is a very knowledgeable and respectful person, she creates an atmosphere that helps you to relax, and explains the hearing issues and hearing aids to help insure you get the best results from the office visit and the hearing aids. Thank you Dr. Campbell.
Dr. Manilla was very good and very knowledgeable. He did my sinus surgery which I was very nervous about. It was pain free and his staff took very good care of me. They checked on me and made sure my follow up visits were scheduled out. My overall experience was good. I would recommend him and have already recommended him to others.
Dr. Campbell is always attentive to the Patient’s concerns and needs. She goes out of her way to assure the appointment is satisfactory in every aspect, paying close attention to detail.
Dr. Campbell at both of my appointments make sure I was comfortable and understood all the information she provided. I am very pleased with my new hearing aids and both my sister and father-in-law are going to schedule an appointment with her.
He was objective and thorough
Dr. Campbell provided ample time for me to be fitted properly and for programming of my hearing aids. She made my Wife feel welcome in accompanying me since my actual hearing is terrible. Dr. Campbell made sure we were totally satisfied and confident in her detailed explanation of all that goes with this particular model of hearing aids. We were very happy and content.
Knew about my needs, explained the necessary equipment, was very helpful in understanding my concerns.
Dr. Campbell provided ample time for my exam, followup, recommendations, and questions that I might have. The Receptionist was pleasant, courteous, and professional as well. The waiting area, office, and exam area was immaculately clean. Very pleased to have visited and do business here.
