I saw Dr. Saylor after I moved to the area. At 43, I had had ear tubes put in both ears. A year after moving, I started having ear pain & was told both needed to come out. The morning of surgery, Dr. Saylor reiterated he was removing tubes from both ears . When I woke up, my husband told me the dr had left to go on vacation. He was in a hurry and said he only had time to remove 1 ear tube. He left instructions that pain should be managed by OTC meds. The ear was badly infected & bleeding and I should call his office if there... read more
She was rude and unprofessional. I called her at 10:45pm at night when she was the on call staff regarding my 4 year old and she legit said over and over again, “Why would you call me in the middle of the night and wake me up?” There is nothing I can do. She refused to shut her mouth to actually listen. Instead was over talking and very argumentative. We will be leaving the practice because of our horrible experience with her.
was seen due to severe vertigo problems that had persisted for 4-5 days
Unpleasant experience. Everyone was nice and very professional until I met the doctor. I took my 2 week old newborn for a tongue-tie evaluation. I was scheduled to see Dr. Angela Stonebraker. We decided for the baby to have the minor procedure done and when they were getting ready to start, the doctor asked me to step out of the room. I asked if there was a reason why? And she simply replied “it’s just a personal preference.” I explained that this was the second time my baby was getting this done and the first time I was all... read more
Went for a first visit for assessment. Bedside manner poor. Without informed consent, put tube down nose that caused lingering pain afterwards. Imagine my surprise when I got billed for surgical procedure for extra $150 out of pocket I wasn’t expecting beyond the copay I was expecting. Looking for another doctor to treat the allergies I apparently have. Don’t trust this doctor. The charges anger me because procedure was not discussed and agreed to.
I made an appointment because of a problem with my left ear; roaring sound that occurred after a cold/strep infection. Told her I had no hearing loss, just noise when in a silent room, also couldn't breathe through my nose. She examined my ear, put a scope down my throat to check for a problem. I had an audiogram even though I said I had no hearing loss. After all this I was told there was no ear problem and I should check with my primary to schedule an MRI to check for narrowing in my neck arteries. I am 62, walk every day,... read more
He told me I needed surgery. He went over the surgery in the office and the hospital. Didn’t do what he said. Had severe pain but was not available. It was a nightmare. Ended up going to his colleague who I loved.
