Over the years, I had a few times I needed some good help from a lawyer. Mr. Cummings saved me when I got my DUI and helped on a couple other tickets to, ..passed a stopped school bus. But the best thing about Mr. Cummings is he always treats me fair and he is a friend that does everything he can to help. I would recommend him to anybody in trouble in carteret county.

Sometimes you need a lawyer who knows the law. Sometimes you need a lawyer who know how things really work. James Cummings knows both. I did something stupid on the way home from the beach, and I got into a bit of a scrape. On the recommendation of a friend, I hired Mr. Cummings to see if he could help. He helped a LOT. Don't mess around. If you need a lawyer, then get a good one. James Cummings is a good lawyer.
