Mr. Kennedy was the greatest lawyer I’ve ever had the pleasure of hiring! I had a dwi case in Beaufort, NC on vacation and I live in Jacksonville, Florida so I couldn’t make the court appearances. Long story short I had a warrant out for my arrest in carteret county for failing to appear. Mr. Kennedy was hands down the best attorney! Not only was he able to get my case (as well as every other one he had that day) dismissed, him and his office always kept me up to date on what was happening after each court date. Every staff member was also extremely kind, and helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Mr. Kennedy and his firm!

If you are looking for a loyal attorney or a lawyer that will fight for you all the way til the end, Mr Kennedy is your guy. I recently was wrongfully charged with 2 DWI's for sitting on my own property. Mr Kennedy went to great measures to make sure my case was presented fairly.
