i actually used cunningham in North East NOT edinboro. the service department in North East is top notch, fix everything right the first time all the time. Milan is a great service advisor, professional, friendly, knowledgable, he deserves a raise.

Fast service as always easy to make appointment. Took my Jeep back for inspection on time and completed inspection in less then 45 minutes from time of arrival

Friendlier and courteous. My car issue wasn't resolved but at least they looked for the issue. They got me in ASAP and it's now noted.
Dave, the body shop manager was very courteous and professional, he kept abreast of the progress, I would go back in a heartbeat. He was everything I would ask from a body shop service manager, a very calm, knowledgeable, and professional demeanor.
