Curbio offers a valuable service to realtors & homeowners allowing costs to be deferred to escrow & allow a homeowner to make improvements needed to increase the value of their home at the time of sale.
This system worked well for my sellers who were unable to get the work done themselves for financial reasons .
As a realtor, I thought it was a great way to get a client to the point where they would be proud to put their house on the market if they didn't have the money to do the remodeling on their own. So, by having this method, they can renovate the home and display it proudly when they put it on the market. It is the perfect solution to really showing it well and pricing it well and getting more for their home than they originally thought they would get for it.
Curbio is a great option for sellers in the right situations. My sellers did not have the available cash to make needed improvements so having the ability to have the improvements done and pay with the proceeds from the sale was ideal. The process was fairly easy and the quality of work was very good. I will use Curbio again for my sellers.
