I am very pleased with the results provided by Curbio. It was a very difficult situation, requiring multiple contractors. Curbio did it all and saved a lot of time. It probably did not cost much more, but it was with the effort.
I've used them on 3 properties and they all provided the best contractors.
The work looks good. It took a bit longer than desired but mostly due to supply issues caused by the pandemic.
Had a great second experience with Curbio. Laura did a fantastic job with project management and making sure tasks got completed on time and on budget.

The beginning was a little rough with communication, but once we had a signed contract and were in touch with Bill, things moved along at a good clip. My client shared that sometimes the information from the vendors and Bill were different, but overall a good experience.
