After looking into a few posts on Facebook, I went to Dekalb location and was greeted as soon as I walked in. I asked a lot of questions and all were answered. I never got any impression he was annoyed with me, as he continued to help. I made my selection and picked up my new sectional less than 2 weeks later. (Special order) he even loaded it for me. I will be back for sure !

I am super happy to receive my new furniture. My first time buying online. The furniture is sturdy, rich in taste and it makes my living room look amazing. Very respectful and kind delivery men who where more than on time, they where ahead of time. Best furniture shopping experience. Went to the Streator location. No pushy salesman pressuring you to purchase anything. My husband and I were able to shop and compare the items we really liked without feeling hassled. Made our purchase and by the time we had gotten home and made some lunch, they contacted us asking if they can deliver our new furniture within the hour. Will certainly shop there again. The only dislike was that I had to ask for a price on everything as they were not well marked.
