We made a mistake on which side we needed a chase lounger on a couch we bought and Jay came through by finding us the exact couch with the chase lounger on the side we needed it in their Streator, IL warehouse. That way, we didn't have to wait 3-6 weeks for the correct one to arrive! They were very kind about our mistake and made sure we knew it was not going to cause any concern for them.
John and David did an excellent job delivering our sofa. We will be sure to use Curlys for any future furniture purchases.
Purchased the Rawcliffe sectional in January. So, I’m kind of late on this but my family and I couldn’t be any happier. Overall look and comfort is a 10/10. Best purchase and even better deal with Curlys. The white glove treatment was an added touch when it was delivered as well. Great overall experience!

We are so happy with our purchase!! We got our couch at an incredible price and it is as comfortable as a super expensive couch. On top of that, Jesse and David dropped it off for us. During all of this they still brought it in and placed it in our apartment for us which was so awesome! They made the whole thing such an easy process. So glad we decided to buy through Curlys!!
