We bought our sofa and loveseat just over a year ago. We discovered that there was a spring sticking out somewhere causing our cushions to tear in the back. Our warranty covers this! Curries made it simple with sending me a link where I could upload pictures. They do all the work with the manufacturer to make sure our couch is fixed. I sent an email and then got impatient after a few days and emailed again, all irritated because I hadn’t heard back yet. Stopped in looking to update a few things for my cottage. As soon as I said it was for my cottage in Glen Arbor, Mr. Crandall seemed much more interested in in helping. I guess he must have thought I was full of money ripe for the taking. So damn pushy and mansplaining. Ugh.

Not happy with our couch, pleather stinks, right before we left the clerk wanted to staple our paperwork together and that's after we paid for the couch and at that time he also put a lovely little sticker on the paperwork saying it was a garage sale item, and I never saw a garage sale card on it,wife called about what to do about the smell, sales clerk said it should not be that smelly, and laughs well this couch is unacceptable the smell is horrible and I can't even relax in my living room, wife cleaned it four times and... read more

Stopped in to shop for a sofa sectional...salesman was rude, short, not helpful and disregarded my questions abruptly...will never return...customer service can and WILL make or break a business...

I am SO disappointed in this local business. We purchased a Broyhill sofa that arrived in October of 2015. During delivery I was inspecting it and noticed the stitching looked bad. The delivery guy said it wasn't uncommon to see that and it should be fine but he made a note on my receipt in-case their were future problems. I should have sent it back right then and there. people are horriable the guy steve people are claiming is so great is bs he told me furniture was amish made in wisconsin its not.....its from indonesasia or other countries and assembled in wisconsin ive called with nurmerious problems with my bar stool's had it fixed twice and everytime the same things happen nuts and bolts fall off i ask for the owner no one is available everytime then i called yesterday wondering were my parts were and this ladie name karry or watever hung up on me and called me an asshole very unproffes... read more

This person is an uninformed person that has been harassing our staff and this review is false. We have offered to fix his furniture which they broke from abuse. Nobody said it was Amish made. We take care of all of our customers problems. When we attempted to contact you to fix them your phone was disconnected. Then you called and was abusive to our staff and the owners. We will not let anyone abuse our staff that way. Hopefully you have better luck from someone else.
