Just awesome service. I couldn’t have ask for a more thorough and personable mortgage lender in Curtis Schaefer. He answered every question I had and never once made me feel it was dumb or not important. A very caring guy and I really appreciated that in my first home buying experience.
Curtis Schaefer provided excellent service throughout the long extensive process of buying a house. He was always easy to communicate with and was very understanding of the hours I worked being on night shift, he went above and beyond. I don't like some of the things that I had to go through however. The interest rate being changed on me, the fact that I was approved for USDA loan only to find house put in offer to be told I make to much to qualify for the USDA loan so I go from finding house that my wife is in love with to ... read more
