Wade and Samantha made the hiring process a smooth operation, and Will proved to be an excellent mentor. I do wish the long wait period had been explained a little better in the beginning. I didn't realize the out-of-pocket expenses that would be necessary before drawing a first paycheck. Just saying, if I hadn't had the financial resources, I would have opted out and looked elsewhere for employment. Wade and Samantha have been extremely helpful with the onboarding process. Anytime I had questions they were able to get back to me very quickly and made me feel comfortable that I was working with a good company.
