These folks are fantastic. Every person displays a high service orientation and goes out of their way to help you. The sales staff are not pushy at all. (They even recommended a less expensive option than what I was seeking.) I had a self-inflicted minor glitch installing my passing lamps and received expert advice to remedy the problem with assurances that a tech would be available if the solution didn't work.
These directionals are amazing. I wanted to be more visible without adding bigger lights, this was the answer. Install on my Wide Glide was easy and the results were instantly noticeable. I highly recommend these!

I called Custom Dynamics to ask about warranty coverage for a LED brake light. Found that my broken lens wasn’t covered but they would gladly fix it if I sent the tail light in. For a small amount of money and a little time I received a new tail light set up ready to be reinstalled. Everyone I talked with was very respectful and super helpful. I have two items, a brake light and head light, from Custom and love them both. Now even more so after the excellent customer service I received. Solid company through and through.
