I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and product. On my Ultra I installed the Flat Ringz front and back, found sales staff extremely helpful and responsive. The back lights are so bright (installed 4 of them) I wanted the ability to dim a bit at night. The tech staff helped me make that happen.
What great customer service. I had a problem, and the tech asked me to try some things. Even before I had a chance to try his suggestions, he called me back and said that they would just sent a new part. Even follow-up phone call to make sure that the new part fixed the problem. I even wrote a piece about this for our HOG newsletter.
