Spoke with two different people in the support group regarding a custom project I am working on, for which I needed wiring assistance. Both folks were extremely knowledgeable - not only about their products, but also about what solution I ultimately needed for my custom project, and why. Very satisfied w/ the service and support!
The product was fantastic but as I've written in the past the warranty shipping policy needs review. The fact that i had to pay for international shipping to have a warranty part shipped to canada baffles me. Especially as the part did not work on day one. I have sumbitted a review on the custom dynamic website for full details. Too bad... Great product but a very poor taste in my mouth.
