They have the best customer service I have experience in this industry. I purchased the magic strobe module and it did not work correctly. Their tech department contacted me immediately after my help ticket was submitted and after a few attempts to correct the issue they sent me a new module no questions asked. The new module corrected the problem. I will continue to use them for all my lighting needs.
