I wish I could remember the lady's. And I talked to but I can't. She was very helpful getting me correct parts I needed. Got the items quickly. Install was simple and they work great!! Hardest part was getting the old HD TRI-bar light out. You design is much more compact and simple to install. Much brighter also. I also ordered the magic strobe. Love it!
Customer service is excellent. Follow instructions and they'll have you back on the road with a replacement part in no time.
I installed CD's red lens/chrome antenna plug lamps. After receiving my lamps I ordered Custom Dynamics wiring harness adapter for 2017 FLHXS. CD's adapter allowed me not having to splice into factory harness; sweet!!! Also ordered two stop/turn/tail lamp leads over the phone. Sales lady knowledgeable and professional. Overall great experience.
Product arrived very quickly, installation went exactly as demonstrated in the "self-help" videos and look great on the bike. The pre-wired harness for the fillerz lights made installation even easier. Great improvement! ! !

Called into the store after looking at their website, great service, the employee (a lady) I spoke with knew their product. Fast delivery and I will make my next purchases from here.
I knew from the previous owner that he had Custom Dynamics LED's on the 'O6 Victory. They were able to look up the old order and get me the correct lamp The staff was most helpful to explain and patient for my reply as I needed to first remove the taillight lens to get the lamp out and measure it for the correct size. I now am content that the correct lamp is on it's way and I should be lit up and riding safely again soon. Thank you Jacob, Suzie et. al. for all your help.
I had an issue with a Custom Dynamics rear fender lite on my HD - purchased through a distributor in Canada. I checked website, and sent a note off to Custom's customer service. Within minutes I got a response from Claire requesting some details. I subsequently took some photos of the lite showing the problem, sent them to Claire who advised their warranty dept. - after which Claire contacted me, and requested mailing address so she could send me a new lite - which I have received, installed and works perfectly.
