Ordered a part in chrome, but they were out of stock. The customer rep emailed me about the time frame for shipping the product. I asked for a different color and it was shipped the same day. Finally a customer-oriented company!
Everyone was nice & accommodating. New plasma rod was replaced and works perfect, TY!

Your product is excellent your free shipping sucks took 10 days to get my package I I normally get any package in three or four days from anywhere I sent an email complaining nobody cared
